Simply put : Excellent.Every part of my experience at Grondpad vellies was great.I arrived there after their closing time but the lovely ladies let me in anyway and sat me down with a cold beer.I left with a smile, some renewed faith in humanity and a better quality pair of shoes than I was expecting at almost half the price I expected to pay.You guys are genuinely awesome, I will most certainly visit again.

First time visit, great selection of vellies in different styles and colours, we were buying as a gift. I was surprised that the pricing was reasonable on a good quality product and the staff are attentive and very helpful. Would recommend you go have a look!

Stofpad Vellies has the most incompetent and lazy customer service.I have been waiting months for a pair of shoes and they refuse to answer messages, emails etc.I can't source where they are based so I cannot even go to them directly.Next step is claims court.Don't bother yourself with them.Local is NOT lekker in their case.

Worst Customer Service ever, we are a Garden Service business and in the eye of our customers daily, we generally buy our clothing from WILDEBEES but thought lets support a local Alberton business, ordered and paid for clothing in store and nearly a month has passed and still no clothing provided, apparently ordered and awaiting delivery.They have no communication with their clients to keep them up to speed about whats going on, Ive called 3 times and every time need to request what is going on.This will defenaitely be the last time we deal with this business.

My daughter got me a pair of vellies and the was a small factory defect, we went there met with the most friendly people and had no hassle replacing the shoes. I will recommend then and they have a wide verify of shoes. Thanks to the friendly staff you are great.

Poor service! We arrived there and the man assisting us was more interested in his phone than helping. The shoes I wanted they didn't have in my size. They wrote down my details and would call when they have stock again. 3 weeks later still no call. I bought elsewhere in the meantime. A pity because I like to support local.
