Cape Union Mart Eastgate. You are all amazing. There was a person following me after my purchase at your store. I ran back in. The staff were amazing. One of the staff walked me to my Car and waited for me to drive safely off. Thank you all so so much.

A very big store with awesome goodies but unfortunately customer service is very poor and slow. I ended up going to the Bedford Center branch and you cannot compare the service.

I was so impressed by the Service that i received from Gavin. We needed a particular size in a shirt that we wanted and he went out of his way to phone other stores to find it, well i was beyond impressed as that is the kind of service we used to have Years ago but it has stopped . I got irritated at the shoe section because the person assisting me disappeared and there was no one around to assist. After complaining the manager Gavin came to my aid and calmed me down and assisted. I almost walked out but in the end I got good service. Thank you.
