This was the worst experience of my life. I have not one good thing to say about them from the customer service to the quality of the work it's is pathetic. There is no system. I will NEVER visit again. Waited 12 hours to do nails that were tick and clumpy

They cannot handle natural African hair at all. They burn it with hairdryer and breaking it. I go there if I'm desperate but knowing that I will be damaging my hair.

Terrible service. Staff got a don't care attitude. They just leave you to sit and wait. Wanted to do my nails but waited for 2 hours and ended leaving salon. Nail technician very slow and unfriendly.

They are very good with African hair. They are all from Ghana and very friendly. They also do nails they close a bit late and its safe. They use real dark and lovely.

Absolutely terrible service. got there at 5.40pm to do nails only finished at 01.05am.Abigail has a terrible attitude and don't care attitude.Was the second last customer to leave. Did my toe nails and hand nails when told them I was doing that Abigail responded saying I'm going to sleep there and wow i really did.She is rude doesn't smile ignores u when u talk to her and most importantly just don't care.Don't take customer in if u can not do the job.
