State of the towels disappointing and unhygienic, the masseuse leaves the room in the middle of the massage and they get there late. Emphasis on the hygiene part.

It was not my first time using Essence spa to gift a loved one and on both occasions i was given great service by Lindo who is very helpful and willing to make their day special. Not forgetting Ediline as well for her great work. I recommend this spa, try it.

Wanted to spoil daughter with a shoulder massage on her holiday after hectic work schedule lately.The experience was disappointing.Masseuse did not even greet, left the spa-room 3 times within the half-hour space, was disorganised with relation to the hot-stones and the timing it would be needed. She also did not heed the requirement relating to the pressure wanted, or the area to avoid as instructed by the client.The pricing was extremely reasonable though.

I had an extremely horrible experience today. My nail booking was wrong from get go hence I did not get to do a full pedicure, my nails were done very untidy, with my previous color not removed properly and gel dripping from the side, when I politely shared concern with the technician she had so much attitude then re-did my nail roughly, I felt so uncomfortable. Definitely not going back there again, atleast not Newcastle essence

The back and neck massage was pure bliss. The Indian head massage was a normal massage - will not recommend.

What a great place. I booked an appointment for my parents as it was my mothers birthday. They returned home so happy and inlove even. They praised the Spa and the staff was great. the service was excellent. Cant wait to go get the treatments myself. My parents couldn't stop talking about it.

The place is exceptional, great service, friendly staff, beautiful interior, clean, smells great. Most importantly soothing and relaxing massages.
