Phenomenal sales service from Jacques. He was so patient and catered to me changing my mind about which couch I wanted. He followed up with me after delivery, which was done seamlessly by Abel and Owen who were so friendly and efficient. so impressed by the service from all 3 staff involved. The cash on delivery worked out beautifully & the couch arrived when promised. The couch is absolutely stunning, far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't recommend That Couch Place highly enough!

I saw this lovely piece of furniture online and was immediately in love. Problem was I am living in Potchefstroom and the stoor is in Pretoria. I send a WhatsApp on a Sunday night, not expecting a reply before Monday morning. But Vissie immediately responded with a solution. The couch was delivered on a day that suits my schedule. Friendly efficient company.
