Wonderful experience, well trained therapists. Only suggestion would be to employ more waiters for the dinner service as we were waiting quiet a long time, also perhaps more than one option for dinner as the chicken wrap is quiet bland

A great relaxing body massage with breakfast ,lunch and snacks after each massage session. started at 8.30am and finished at 5.30pm.

I’ve visited a few Mangwanani spas and this one at Sibaya is by far the best experience. I booked the half day which started off with wonderful singing by the staff as we walked, in our gowns, to breakfast before our treatments.The faculties are really great with large thatched bomas around the place. It’s these bomas that you move between to receive your top-class treatment.My favourite was the foot massage. I actually fell asleep it was so good!I’ll be back!

The ladies at the spa are so friendly! They treat you with so much care. The night spa experience was amazing, would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Started at 8am to 6pm Incredibly wonderful full body massage. Delicious healthy meals. Hot stone massage was absolutely amazing. Only ask your therapists not to have a lengthy conversation whilst we are having a treatment. It interferes with our relaxation Thank you

I was having a really bad morning and I had been crying. The manager of the Spa, calmed me down. Before I start with my treatment. The staff is welcoming and genuinely friendly. I will definitely come again and recommend when I come to Durban. Keep up the good work.

I recently visited the Sibaya branch.. on the 23/01/2023, which I was also celebrating my birthday and was the first time after giving birth that I’ve been out, and I have to tell you I had the worst experience ever!!!The therapist looked and made us as customers feel like they didn’t want to be there.. the therapist I had kept sighing when she was massaging me when it came to the full body massage I had to tell her to stop and that I was okay so that I could get that over and done with.. well what ever that was, I wouldn’t call it a massage.!No energy nor gumption what so ever!! The customer service was just sad! I’ve been to places far cheaper than this establishment and received 5 star treatments.. it was a very uncomfortable experience for myself and my husband as we felt as if tho we were a burden to the therapists..

Upon arriving, we encountered a Mangwanani staff member who unfortunately did not greet us in a manner that set a pleasant tone for our visit. The staff member asked if I was Craig without a proper greeting, and then turned and walked away without saying hello. We followed her and were welcomed by a slightly more friendly staff member playing a drum. We were then escorted into a dining hall where other couples were already in attendance wearing robes. We were informed that there appeared to be a mistake with our reservation, as we had only booked for one person. This was perplexing to me as I had booked the Half-Day Spa Special for two
