Clicks Pharmacy Canal Walk

Terrible customer service. I called to check if they have available stock of something and when someone answered they hung up immediately 3 times. Very disappointed!

I was at clicks on Thursday 16thLet me just say. I waited in the queue for longer than 10mins, this has never happened before. The manager on duty kept calling the staff to the front tellers but no one came forward. In the end I just left my stuff and walked out.

Disgusted at the service from staff at your century city branch. I took my 87 year old gran to get her booster Covid shot and flu jab on the same day as per you email ad I received. Your ad said this was possible. After getting the flu Vax from the pharmacy, I get told that we cannot do both shots on the same day. When attempting to ask questions, the nurse or whatever she is was so rude. Then the pharmacist came to chat to me for God alone knows why - he was like oh you can't get both because we don't know what will happen

Awful staff. Very bad attitudes. I didn't see the ticket machine at the pharmacy and was severely berated by the person helping me for not taking a ticket(my first time ever here). And I was the only customer!Walked up to cashier, waited my turn and proceeded to cashier. I put my items downs and took my wallet out. And to my utter amazement one of her friends(not Clicks staff) pushed in next to me and plonked all her items down whilst pushing mine out of the way. She insisted she was there first, and that she was just busy chatting to another cashier. Please watch the cctv. I was there first and literally and physically got pushed out of the way. The cashier just shrugged and proceeded to help her friend. Most Clicks stores have rude and unhelpful staff but this one really took the cake.

I tried to book for a flu vaccine for 1 May, the online system allowed it. I had a question so I phoned the call centre they told me that the clinic is closed. BUT I was on the website offering bookings today???? Wow- the mess up iS staggering, I would have pitched up and wasted my time. Surprisingly that was not the end of the incompetence. I asked how much the vaccine was and was told even though the clinic was closed I could be helped- that was a joke, I was put through to the store and it rang and rang until someone picked up the phone and slammed it down immediately. What possible motivation would there be to go to Clicks for my flu shot together with my family- when no-one knows what is happeningg- that;s NOT not going to be happening.

Worse ever clicks why is ur prices always wrong. Prices on the displays is always wrong when u get to the till point it’s more why should we check our receipts when done. How many R2 and R5 are u taking from customers imagine you have 100s of clients not every client checks their slips when leaving. This is unacceptable and I think we need to contact the CPA.

Made a booking online to their clinic. Received an sms confirming the time and location of visit. After traveling to their location whilst ill, am told that their clinic system has been offline for a month and then was stared at blankly as if this was reasonable.Pathetic.I will go out of my way to conduct my business with Dischem going forward.

4 tellers on duty at lunch time.. 30 plus people in queue.. Seriously.. You need to be better

Online deal states microwave for R900Instore full price , no statement that is says only purchase online . Staff was no help .
