Seartec Johannesburg

Sharp/Seartec is not Sharp. - My company has been doing business with Seartec for years, but recently we were billed for contracts that has ended. I have been sending e-mails since September 2016. I have spoken to accounts, management and even three of our new business consultants. Everybody promises to rectify the problem. To no avail. Seartec recently started to invoice us again for rental on machines that is no longer on rent. This is not an once-off, as the same is happening to our sister company as well. How long does is take to sort out an account query? Going for 9months plus. My review is thus that Seartec is not the best after sales company. Rather look for a company that is committed to their customers after delivery of equipment.

Great place great people

These guys have lost our convection microwave apparently, after fixing it. Just in time for Christmas. And no one seems to want to take responsibility.

24 hour turn around on a 20+year old Sharp convection microwave. Alex kept us up to date every step of the process.

Don't waste your time and effort here. The customer service is non-existent and all these people care about is a sale.The quality of the prints were horrendous and to cancel you have to pay for three months, regardless if the service and quality is poor.Spend your money elsewhere

Dropped other prospective suppliers for them, submitted all requirements although I think they are ridiculous only to be told our application was disqualified. With the other reviews here I think I should have taken the hint.
