Had a concern about my smoothie and the staff were friendly and helped resolve my issue. Always good service with wraps taking a bit longer but well worth the wait.

I must say I always enjoyed having a smoothie or a cuppacino when visiting the gym and was one of your biggest supporters. I do not know if it is a training issue but you cannot even get a proper cuppacino at Kauai Virgin Active anymore. Yesterday we ordered a Princess Wrap to share. I ordered a chai tea it was watery and lukewarm. The lettuce was brown and on some pieces turning black dark green. You pride yourself in serving healthy food but the quality of the food is substandard. If you want to order something the staff is most of the times not at the counter and you must call them from the kitchen. Some of these issues have been reported but still not resolved. Feedback from customer service poor poor sorry not enough anymore. They really don't care. Rating you 1 is even too high.

I am one of these guys should travel a lot in Pretoria and prices are way too high . You cheapest wrap ( with littie substance ) is nearly R50. I know that your pride yourself healthy food but I can tell you R50 I can buy a hell of a good meal at KFC erc

My smoothie never tastes the same. Sometimes good, other times not so good. Staff works very slow and I feel like of you pay so much for a smoothie it should at least taste consistent

R85 for a single egg. Single piece of bread and maybe some mushrooms. Ridiculous. But the people are friendly. And the smoothies are standard. So two.
