Nu-Look Windows

Had two front windows installed and the team at Nu-Look did a great job. Worked in with the old wood sub-frame and installed new aluminium product.

Had two bedroom windows replaced by Nu Look with a sound reducing hush-glass. Every step was very easy and friendly, from the bloke who measured, to the lady who quoted and the two gents who installed. Very happy with the recommend product and overall experience. See you in a few months for the rest of the house.

The admin staff were extremely helpful. They were very quick to call me back regarding a quote I had sent them. I was not home during installation but my husband said they were doing a good job. I will be using them again.

Glen, who measured up and quoted, was extremely helpful and engaged us readily with advice to help us sell our old stacker doors. The installation team, Matt and Norman, were first class. They proactively engaged us on installation choices along the way, and went the extra mile once they were finished; installing our curtain rail fixings and showing us how to drill and fasten to the aluminum frame. Absolutely thrilled with the quality and service from Nu-Look. I was also surprised by the reasonable pricing considering the high quality and design. I did a lot of research before choosing them because we are doing a character renovation of a 1960s house and needed the retro-fitted windows to be of lasting quality and more substantial looking than the flimsy frames you see around building sites in Perth. What I liked a lot was the no pushy sales and being able to speak to the salesperson, Derek, directly. He was very accommodating, patient and knowledgeable despite me asking a million questions and coming back for many different quotes. I didn't want glossy white frames as we wanted a timber look, so Derek advised me to get Satin White which took a bit longer but was the best decision. We've now had 2 sliding doors, 2 very large windows and 1 small window all replaced. I specifically requested that Stuart & Nick came back to install the rest of our windows because their workmanship was spot on. I was told by another window company that our window sills would have to be bashed out and we'd have to pay for a carpenter to come back. I don't know how they did it, but Stuart & Nick managed to preserve our sills in situ without even a scratch, saving us hundreds. One sliding door was problematic because of the way it was installed in the 70s and the owner Roy even came out to advise us before we went ahead. Couldn't ask for more. Many thanks to all, we love our new windows and doors.

Nu-Look Windows recently completed the installation of stacking doors and windows to create my stunning lounge sunroom. The product quality and service was excellent. There were some unavoidable delays due to the pandemic but all staff communicated well and managed the issues professionally and effectively. Roy and his team from the onset of quotation and all the installers, have a genuine focus on delivering customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them!
