Send by my insurance, our geyser had burst at our home where my grandfather lives. We reported it at 2pm on Friday, just before 5pm Dave Miller Plumbers we’re on the scene, slight delay due to loadshedding and the rain. Sandra kept us up to date on all developments and they replaced the geyser on Saturday morning. They did an fantastic job and were very professional throughout this process. I was experiencing a blocked drain which affected all of the drains in my bathroom, the plumbers came out promptly and sorted out the blockage for me. I also appreciated the follow up call a few days later by the office to make sure everything was in order and I was happy with the service I received.

I cannot believe these plumbers are on Standard Banks insurance panel. They lie and left us with a worse problem and took our money upfront. Do not use them if you have a blocked drain and if you are with Standard Bank and need a plumber for insurance purpose, make sure you ask for a different plumber.

Terrible terrible terrible. Standard bank insurance keep on using substandard and unqualified people with zero skills and no customer service. They must have a cousin at standard bank home insurance that give them work, because they would be out of business otherwise. Terrible company, and my issue is still not fixed….africa wins again

Instead of finding an acceptable placement for the geyser they just refused to help me further and refunded me. Business must be so good they can shrug off clients.

Once my insurance submitted my claim to Dave Miller, Gugu was an absolute star. She listened to my anxious thoughts , moans and groans with ease. Her assurance to help sort out the issue ,put my mind at ease. It was old pipes that was causing leaks in a few areas in our house. I want to extend my gratitude to Calvin and Artwell who never gave up with the difficult task at hand and resolved our issues. A put a smile on my face. Keep up the good work.
