They should stick to sales, but when it comes to repairing motorbikes they don't have a cooking clue what they are doing! I said, don't service my motorbike

I visited bikers Warehouse during August 0f 2022. The first time I came was an hour before closing, immediately as I entered the shop Brad had offered to assist me with with anything I need.I started in the shoe department, and from there to jackets and gloves. After trying a few on, I skipped to the helmets department where I found a large variety of brands, price ranges and designs.By then the shop was closing and but I wasn't done yet, so Brad had all the stuff kept aside for me for the next day.The next day we continued gearing me up with everything I required ( bike disc lock, helmet comms, handle grips...) and again, Brad was super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything I needed.Bikers Warehouse is like none other I have ever seen in South Africa or abroad, it is a very large, very well equipped motorcycle and accessories store with an amazing variety and incompatible service.Pricing was very fair, and there were plenty of items on sale to choose from. Gear for all motorcycling categories were available and with a great variety of brands to choose from.Shout out to Brad for being such an awesome dude and patiently assisting with all my needs.

Hi, I just want to say Devon is a excellent sales/spares executive, with in one day he came back and helped me with spares (I could not get it anywhere) and within 3 days I had me spares. Thank you very much for your help and support I'm am going to recommend your company to everybody I know.

Heard stories about this service department, but decided to try anyway. Sat and waited 45mins (really slow) for a service quote that looked good. Took the bike in, said they must LOOK at my brakes as well. No communication during the day. Can't reach service department via land-line, so found out bike is ready via WhatsApp. Brakes replaced without consent (don't think rear was really necessary) No old parts (pads/air filter) shown or given. Fork seals and oil replaced, leaking again 3 days later. Took it back. Again ZERO communication. Has the audacity to tell me the black gunk coming from INSIDE the shock is new dust and that the only issue is the seal spring came off. A week after first visit I have now been asked to go back AGAIN to pay an outstanding amount that was missed on the service invoice. This after having to Uber back and forth due to improper fork cleaning/ service, for more than the amount due now. Still not happy, shocks are very hard over bumps, front wheel and steering not aligned properly. The store is huge, very knowledgeable personnel and a big variety.

I had a wonderful experience there though I was not there to buy but I was there with Tshwane Legend Bikers for the cancer Sunday ride and ride was amazing and for Bikers warehouse to Host us was beyond generous and big up to them for doing this!!

A massive range of products! Staff were very eager to help. Will definitely visit again.
