Clicks Pharmacy Ballito Junction

I've always loved clicks, especially how efficient the dispensary and clinic services are. Clicks branches in La Lucia, Gateway and Phoenix are outstanding, I can't fault them at all but this branch is in a class of its own... service is putrid, some staff mumble under their breath when you ask for assistance and it's mostly the women staff, clinic services are not appealing at all, sisters are not very friendly, not the best with babies, felt like crying when I was pregnant and went to the dispensary, pharmacist were so unhelpful, even if you make a booking with the clinic you must magically know if the sister is in or not, if you ask dispensary they are just as clueless. I've finally given up on this Clicks, if you want good, friendly and efficient service Dischem is where to go. Make some changes Click in Junction you are letting down your brand name.

Went to ask if they have this one product that I couldn’t find in their store. Approached the women staff having a fat chat in the beauty section and did not seem interested in helping me at all. When I asked if they had this product their immediate answer was “it’s discontinued “ which is a lie because I went to the gateway clicks earlier that day and saw they do stock the product and it’s available on the site .The ladies standing at the beauty section on Tuesday 14 Dec at 5pm were no help.Useless.

Terrible service, slow systems which don’t function correctly and I can only assume are years outdated. Rude pharmacists which make the customer feel as though the problem which is being experienced (as. Result of their slow systems) is because of them.

Had the first dose of the covid vaccine today. Sister David was extremely amazing and professional. She explained everything about the vaccine really well and she administered the vaccine to me in the most gentle way! I'm so grateful and I would really recommend clicks pharmacy ballito to everyone!

Most pathetic service we ever received. The pharmacist made my daughter feel like a criminal because she could not trace her repeat prescription on the system. I am sure they had an old or wrong profile as she never have any problem in our home town. They are not interested in helping or sorting out the problem at all, and this after she waited more than 30 minutes in line. There were three people behind the counter but only one assisting customers. The absolute worst service we ever received at any pharmacy.

Went 4 my vaccination. Excellent start to finish. The staff were great. The nurse fully explained some side effects that might occur. The injection was absolutely painless. 11/10

Worst service. Couldn’t be bothered to help. Would have gone to dischem except clicks are the only people who stock this brand

Very poor. The pharmacists treated me as if I'm a criminal or a fraudster. Pharmacist shireen bechoo and another girl made me feel as if I'm committing fraud when scripts from a doctor was given to me. Twice in 1 week they did that. I never get the meds that I required. Took the same script to another pharmacy and was given the meds..... Never again will I use clicks Ballito pharmacy again.... Pathetic service

Went to this clicks and I was assisted by Lerisha Naidoo, she was absolutely amazing!
