The Vegetable Specials where Great.. Egg Prices Unbeatable.. Just don't like the Butchery .. Pack higher priced meats around the Special Sign.. Asked a staff member to help me, but verbal communication skills was poor..Other than the normal hick ups that one encounter in your day to day life.. it's a great place to shop at.

Lately I am very disappointed with the service offered in your shop. The cashiers have no customer service skills or knowledge on how to treat or talk to customers. I've been shopping with you ever since you opened but lately its a nightmare to visit your shop. Kind improve on your service or send your staff to training,but do something or change management

Staff always friendly - just note that the elderly sometimes walk with the trollies or sml trollies with baskets in it so once you get to go out the security person immediately stops you and you must remove everything and go on your way especially the small trollies with basket.

Mostly visit the store late afternoons ,and i salute each and every cashier ,crowd store grumpy and short temperared clients ,nothing gets them down ,always a smile and friendly conversation or a joke here and there ,thank you.

I am giving you 2 stars for the following reasons: the first star is for your shop's cleanliness and wide variety. The second star is for Zona, the cashiers' supervisor, for her excellent attitude and good complaints handling ability. I have taken away 3 stars for the stinking attitude of your cashier named Thandah. She didn't have any customer when I approached her till, but she carried on chatting to her colleague while I was waiting to be served. After I greeted her, she started singing her favorite" song while serving me. As if that was not enough
