Dolf came out to us for my gate motor .he works at deno doors..he sead its the battery..he came back a hour later with a battery .he put it in but didnt conect it .i watched him ..he sead its not the battery its the gears .its going to be 7k for new motor.i sead ill get n second opinion .he didnt want to sell the battery to us and put back the old one .i then smell a rat and test it with my car battery and the motor worked like a charm ....they do this to every one ..cause theres others here that complained of the same scam...

We had an emergency with the garage door that suddenly broke on a Friday afternoon with the car inside. After trying three other garage door repair companies who either didn't bother returning my calls, or complained that it would be after hours, thankfully Deno Doors came to the rescue after being recommended by a friend of mine.From the start the lady receiving the call who was super friendly, helpful and professional to the two expert technicians who were super professional, knowledgeable and helpful were a blessing. Nothing was too much trouble for them.This 24x7 support company gave a 5-star experience and gets a 5-star rating.I highly recommend these guys.Use them!!

It took them 5 times to come out before a very simple job was done. Took 5 minutes to do in the end. First they brought another part because they said mine was outdated and that they will have to install something else as well with the new part at further cost. I only rent and communicated that I can not let them do that. What about the extra cost for the owner? Miraculously they then found the part that was needed and as I say it took 5 min to install. This all took place over 3 months.

After a fence installation I was directed to deno doors to set my gate motor. I was told it was broken and sent a R 7k quote for a new motor. When I asked what was wrong no answers were forthcoming. After a week of no replies I called another repair person. Deno doors re-attached a magnet upside down....Was a 15 minute error to fix and almost no cost. Deno MADE the mistake and it would have cost me R 7 000.00 and throwing away a gate motor that still works perfectly.
