Douglas Makore's upholstery work is excellent. He is reliable, prompt, innovative and a true entrepreneur - his workmanship is really good and his prices extremely reasonable.Douglas has completed a few jobs for me and friends too. We've all been extremely satisfied with the service, the end product and the pricing.

Douglas is good at what he does unfortunately his lack of communication, overpromising and under-delivering does not do his business any good. It's such a pity as his business has such great potential yet his customer service skills is what lets him down.

Don’t even waste your time to call this guy. He will overpromise and then not deliver. 2 weeks workmanship and turnaround time, and 7 weeks later nothing has been done on my furniture. Literally nothing but just stores in a miserable storage. Had to make arrangements for my furniture to be returned which is also proving to be an impossible task. Just look for an alternativeLook elsewhere.This is the review I would have loved to see as a potential customer too. A warning!!

honestly, the WORST and I can't stress that enough. he collected my couch without bringing the material swatches, I paid upfront and was then ignored for 5 days before receiving pictures of the swatches(which wer elbow quality and unprofessional). my couch was meant to be delivered over a week ago and everyday is a new story or he turns his phone off. its ridiculous,it terms of service provided? essentially i paid someone to steal from me. 0 stars if the option were available. NEVER use this business.
