Thank you to Kristi & all the cat-carers at Balmain Cat Boarding. Our cat Ollie came home after his recent week long stay relaxed, happy & purring. He settled very quickly back into his home routine. This is a sure sign he was well cared for. Love the photo & email updates.

We booked the Beach House for our cat recently for a night and were nervous as we'd gotten her from a shelter less than a year ago and were worried this may be traumatic for her. The staff at Balmain Cat Boarding made us feel really comfortable and from all reports also made our girl very comfortable, keeping us updated during her time there. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

We checked in our beautiful Aston & Martin with the wonderful Balmain cat boarding as we were going away. And I cannot thank them enough. The attention to detail and care is amazing. Receiving emails and phone calls about their progress and ensuring us to not worry is the most reassuring thing you can receive while you’re out of state and hoping your babies are ok. It makes me feel at ease when I drop my boys off here. You walk in and the place is so clean, beautiful music playing and incredible spaces for the cats + spaces for play time! It doesn’t get much better than this for your cats. The staff are just so lovely and really make sure your cats feel as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend and know I can always trust Balmain cat boarding! Thanks so much :)

WOW!!!! Definitely a 5 star rating for the love and care our Molly and Timmy received.Kristi and her team go above and beyond to care for precious furry loved ones. Both our cats are very old (almost 17) so they are a big responsibility - to keep them safe, loved and feeling calm when they've lived a long life. Elderly guests need that little bit extra supervision, and they certainly got it. I can't thank the team enough for the regular updates, professional care and advice and genuine love shown for all the feline guests there.Oh and by the way, it's pretty luxurious, squeaky clean (not a whiff of you know what - kitty litter trays), air con, windows to see the sun, and they know everything about every single guest because it's run so well. It's also reassuring to know the vet is downstairs for any extra advice.Well done and thank you. We'll be back for our next kitty holiday.

Friendly, professional and as an added bonus my cat returned to us well-rested and far more friendly and loveable than when he left! You guys have an amazing sanctuary for stressed kitties. Thank you so much for helping him relax!

Balmain cat boarding was amazing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming to myself and my cat. He absolutely loved his stay here and looked so happy in all the photos I received! I am totally confident that Gigi and Lily will be safe and looked after when they stay at Balmain Cat boarding. They are treated with kindness and affection and every effort is made to help them feel comfortable and ready for pats and cuddles. I wouldn't want them to stay anywhere else!

It was the first stay for our little baby ' Leo' and we were very nervous but the warm welcoming of the the staff at Balmain Boarding made us relaxed. They even let us to set up the room for Leo as we liked that made us and Leo feel more comfortable.They have also updated us with emails and new photos and replied to our concerns very quickly.The staff our really amazing and the place is very clean.I would definitely recommend Balmain Cat Boarding for the stay of your lovely cats.

Jess and the team at Balmain Cat Boarding are just fabulous. My quirky cat Piglet - yes Piglet - is so much loved and well looked after by the team. They send me pics and update me regularly when she's there. Of course, she would rather be home but they make it a great home away from home.

Our cat had the best experience at Balmain Cat Boarding.The love and care he received during his month long stay was boundless. We were kept up to date with new pictures of his experiences and shenanigans, which helped us keep our minds at ease. We were reluctant to leave him for so long, but after this experience, we know we have a great and reliable team of carer's we can turn to.
