Worst rainy drive through. The roof drips into your car as you open your car windows to pay. It has a floored structural design that doesn't cater for customers on a rainy weather.

On arrival we were not allowed to enter to use bathroom for my child at 22h10. Then had to wait 15minutes for our food. When we received the food the coffee was cold. Not the first time this happened.

Last night I placed an order @ Mcdonalds around 8:25 PM. About 9:15pm I lost my cool and demanded I be helped quickly otherwise I wanted a Refund. At this point the lady across the counter took up a strong attitude and told the manager to check my order. The manager confirmed that my order still wasn't complete. AFTER 55 MINUTES ONLY DID I RECIEVE MY FOOD. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE WILL I GO THERE AGAIN.*** RE: I highly doubt anyone in the drive thru waited for 55 minutes. So obviously the staff using the in store order system was incompetent. I would start by ensuring competence when appointing staff.Only matric results 60% and above maybe?

Great for quick stop, service friendly but sometimes just do your order in large when you ask for regular meal. Other than that perfectly fine place to grab take-aways.
