Our new Zara, big ups to Mr Price for always pulling strings for us. Also the staff at here areso friendly and welcoming ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I drove a long way to get supplies for my business and it was closed for stock take. there were no updates on their website or on google. I'd suggest investing in a more professional approach to warn customers of possible disappointments like these.

Good experience. Couldn’t find everything I needed due to limited variety and no stock of another item. Staff were helpful.

This is my 4th time I visited mrp in knysna, the staff is nt helpful and the shop are always choas. I'm from cape Town and our mrp whether it's in canal walk or a different branch it's always neat and tidy and the staff are very helpful. So please upgrade your shop. Thank u

Return policy discrepancies! Clearly not what the slip says.My Mother bought a Nokia C10 mobile phone on Thursday 17/11/2021 at Mr Price Knysna. On Monday 22/11/2021 she returned to Mr Price with a complaint as the phone loses network, has a delayed ring and deletes numbers. The lady who sold the phone said that the phone cannot be returned as it needs to be sent for repairs. My mother didn't appreciate this and requested an exchange or her money back. The lady simply refused and said all they could do is send the phone for repairs. This is not what their return policy says. The area manager was not at all helpful either, sticking to their policy and procedure which is clearly not the same as what he is stating. We are extremely disappointed in Mr Price and their senior management.

It's okay. The shop is always very busy and don't recommend to go there when you are in a rush

Store is terribly unorganized. It was impossible to find anything that we wanted.

The group as a whole should really be looking at their buyers of stock when it comes to plus sizes . There is way too little choice in style and colour options . Also . Big girls don't all want to be covered up right up to our chins. It is NOT flattering !
