Sent an email....they never responded at all. Called them and was put thru to a number that was not answered. After doing business with this company many years ago when it was SLA. Very disappointing.

Came to collect tyres that was ordered. Gave them the reference number they wanted...been waiting for 30min. Nothing has happened. Another driver arrived after me and got his items and left. Went I asked what is taking so long, I get told there was a mix up and the guy is only getting my items now. It was only 5 tyres. Everyone standing and chatting. No one knows what's going on. Poor service from a dispatch
