Wish I could add another 5 stars onto my review. This is an amazing business. Amazing sales, good prices on quality items and original items all the way.Want to put this separately. The Vroom staff are beyond expectations. Shout out to the staff. They provide information, speck and even the things you didnt know. Out of all my purchases on numerous websites and from different places I must say this has been my best experience out of all.They dont just work there, they are happy to work there

Phenomenal service. I've just recently gotten serious into Sim racing, upgrading from Logitech G29 into the Fanatec Ecosystem with the DD1. I purchased my 2nd Fanatec wheel from Digital Motorsports(911 GT3) and immediately had problems with wheel not being detected by the base.Despite never having purchased from Eric at TheVRoom before, he was more than happy to help me debug the problem. So I went to his current temporary storage unit that he's been working out of (Eric please find somewhere better asap). I offered on numerous occasions to pay him for his time but he insisted he was just happy to be able to help me out. Eventually we (mostly Eric) worked out it's a problem with the wheel base hardware (most likely the pins in the base or PCB).We were able to get the Universal Hub v2 working with just the buttons. So Eric was incredibly generous to loan the Universal hub v2 to me at zero cost until I can resolve the problem with the Base (need to RMA the unit)I've never had such a great experience as a customer before. Treated well, professionally and Eric was polite and talkative at all times. Absolutely would recommend Eric for his positive and supportive energy. Thanks.

Whatever you do do not trust Eric Sandberg “The Vroom” with your money, very charming at first, the DD1 Fanetec base I bought from him developed a minor issue, he collected it for repair and I never saw it again, went the legal route and received judgement against him, be very very careful when dealing with this individual. Do not pay for anything upfront! After Sales service is non existent!!

Some hiccups with my Unit getting to SA but nothing to put blame on Vroom for, they proved to me that they do care about customers by the constant communication I received about my order and also going the extra mile to get my unit to me ASAP! Would recommend

As a digital guru based in Cape Town it is my responsibility to help fellow South Africans avoid scam artists. We have opened up a law suit against Eric Sandberg and we are committed to ensuring every single person The VRoom scammed will get their monies back. This will be a class action law suit. Great service from start to finish, bought a steam deck from them. Had an issue with shipping due to hurricane Ian but had great communication and was kept up to date constantly. Some advise: patience is key as almost all the things they sell are difficult to get hence you will wait for your order.
