I placed many orders with DIY before and every time was very happy with the service, until now. I placed order 271522 on the 23/12/22 and knew because of the time of year i will hae to wait. Last week Friday i check the tracking and the parcel state out for delivery. At 16:00 i phoned them and the lady tell me the delivery will be done within 3 to 7 working days and it will be delivered by Tuesday (today) 01/03/23, at 16:00 i phone DIY again because i have not received my order and an Indian man speaks very rudely to me and tell me in his experience i can expect the order only next week Monday the 01/09/23 and he puts down the phone wile i was talking, is this now how you treat your comeback clients? he did not once utter the words My Apologies"Please sort this out"

Good price, Quick delivery, but the item was not as described. I've ordered bird mesh 13mm, when checked the holes in mesh differs. some as big as 25mm. a total loss and cannot use the entire 50m role

They have great service and fast shipping, unfortunately the quality of their steel window frames are quite bad. Welds on 2 frames are loose and I will need to properly weld a few of the frame to prevent them from coming loose.That said I will order from them again due to their service and price.

Excellent fast and efficient service, I supplied the incorrect order number with my payment, but one phone call and a minute later the problem was solved, received the goods the next afternoon, that is within 24 hours.Only one negative point the white wire that I ordered is so dirty I will have to clean the whole 30 meter before I can use it in my house against the wall.

I found OEM oil for my generator online, which by the way is rather difficult to find elswhere. The package were shipped the same day and I were kept in the loop during the process, great service. kudos for diy shop, I will shop there again for sure.

Very impressed with their online range, especially when looking for unique items. Quality of products is great. I must complement their client service which is by far the best I have experienced. I had an issue with one item that was delivered and their friendly staff replaced the item promptly and without hassle. Strongly recommend them.
