I have used GP motor works since my 320d motor plan ended. They are reasonable in pricing and apart for regular services, accommodated me when I needed a complicated electrical issue sorted out in a short time frame. They diagnosed, correctly, a complex electrical problem in hours. I recommend their services. I have found the owner, Gilles, always available and attentive to my issues.

My FRM was repaired in less than 20 minutes on 19 January 2023.Best service after I have struggled to get a place that can assist without requesting me to leave the car for inspection.I am very happy

I’ve been struggling with my car Engine (N55) for the past 2 years but you guys manage to bring it back to life after trying different mechanics . The car is driving like a new car and all thanks to Gilly and the team . Keep up the good work guys . Since I’ve tried so many mechanics and fail , I rate you best BMW mechanic .

Absolutely fantastic service. I had taken my Mini GP1 there for a service and to sort my brakes and one or two other items.Gilles and his team had been very accommodating they had my car sorted for me and did the cars roadworthy. They will also be doing the change of ownership for me.Thanks so much everyone for making my experience a awesome one. I will definitely be bringing my car back to you!!

I did have problem. Servis was good and quick. But to phone was nightmare. Take to long to answer.

Happy to have found a new home for my Mini. Came recommended from online Owner's Club, went in for brake check and skimming, as well as a suspension check up. Service was friendly, efficient, and well priced, but most importantly I wasn't upsold anything. I know my car backwards, I know as much as I can about its condition, and there was no you need to change this soon to avoid problems" BS. I highly recommend them."

I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my Mini to GP Motors for repairs, and I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing encounter. Despite being a loyal customer for several months with my E90 i used to take there 5 years ago, the service I received was abysmal, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this repair shop to anyone.I initially brought my Mini to GP Motors because it was having issues going into drive after a few minutes of driving it, it would shift into natural. I was hopeful that their expertise would resolve the problem efficiently. However, my hopes were quickly shattered when the owner simply cleared the code without addressing the underlying issue. To add insult to injury, they charged me a staggering R3000 for essentially doing nothing.To make matters worse, when I returned to the shop after three days, the same problem persisted. Even before inspecting the car, the owner had the audacity to inform me that my vehicle was previously involved in an accident. He went as far as absolving himself of any responsibility, stating that if anything broke during the repair process, I would not be able to hold them accountable. I was appalled by his unprofessional and disrespectful attitude towards a paying customer. No one should be subjected to such treatment.Under normal circumstances, I would have immediately retrieved my car, but unfortunately, my towing truck had already left, leaving me in a desperate situation. It's disheartening to see that the owner took advantage of my predicament instead of providing the quality service I expected.Additionally, I witnessed the owner berating one of his workers in front of me, the customer. This display of unprofessionalism was unacceptable.Thankfully, I decided to take my car elsewhere for repair. The new repair shop I chose was able to diagnose and fix the issue the same day, charging me the same diagnostic price that GP Motors had charged. I have been enjoying my Mini for the past seven months without any recurrence of the problem.In conclusion, my experience with GP Motors was nothing short of a nightmare. From their inadequate repairs to their unprofessional behavior and disrespectful treatment of customers, this establishment should be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money by seeking assistance elsewhere for your car repair needs.

Excellent service. The owner assisted me on very short notice to do a repair on a FRM module at a reasonable price. The centre is clean and well presented in the front shop. 100% would recommend trusting them with your BMW/Mini.
