I came for collection 04 May 2023 at around18:00 as I waited to be attended to, your cashier light in complection completely ignored me while I stood at the counter and decided to assist customers who came after me. When I asked her why am I not attended to, she rudely responds and says she hasn't called for my number and she continued yapping as I stared at her. Putrid service I must say.Your customer service sucks.

Really enjoyed the strips and chips, the chicken was flavored very well and the fries were perfectly seasoned. The only reason why they lose a star is because they kept me waiting longer than needed. I could see my order ready on the kitchen counter and it took them 10 minutes to bag it.

Absolutely disgusted with the service.Now under new management ,staff seem to think getting orders wrong is a joke. I specifically phoned and placed my order with the manager zama however as usual they get it wrong and then the staff(nokulunga) along with her colleague speak amongst themselves instead of me as a customer. This isn't the first time nor is it the second Time...Seriously get your staff trained because no one wants to have a messed up meal.

No adherence to the turnaround time, and no one seems to be concerned that they’re making customers wait longer than expected. I waited 30 minutes for a order I was promised to receive in 15 minutes

Very disappointed.Chicken didnt have enough of spice. It felt like i was eating boil chickenAs for the beef burger . No sauce n dry .Really disappointing

Great service always. Frequent customer of tiagos port Shepstone.Fast food, if you can't wait phone in and order before hand and it will be ready when you get there.Always have the burgers and enjoy them, one of my top favorites.

My word .. when they say hot.. they really mean flaming hot. I could hardly eat much.. my ears and face were literally tingling . and the strips.. ermm not what we used to back in jhb. chicken fillet in burgers on special" was 1/3 the size of the bun- bcoz it was on special. other than that chips were good. we were glad they had milk ice creams at the entrance to help with the burn"
