Took my mini in to check a scratching noise at the rear wheel. Got the car back and the sound was worse, took it to another dealership in Cape Town who phoned me immediately saying the locknut is missing. So not only were my earphones stolen out of my car, they never replaced the locknut. It's been more than 2 months trying to get the locknut.

The service is generally okay, and in house treatment is good. Calling that front desk contact number is tantamount to home affairs. For the first few minutes I thought I called the wrong business

Parts Department is less than helpful! I have called 3x in the past 2 days to secure a quote and new key for my vehicle since mine was stolen. I hold on endlessly until I go back to reception and leave a message, which I have now done twice. Other than arriving at the dealership, what more is a customer expected to do?

please can mini sandton do something about the telephone lines that are of such poor quality you cannot make out what the person on the other side is saying. or alternatively put in a temporary system for cellphone calls, this is absolutely ridiculous !!!!!

I agree with other comments- this is like going to home affairs. Could not test the battery of my remote as the cashier was away for another 45 minutes, so they could not sell me one. How about just testing with one of the service vehicles? No logic. Teuns in particular is just rude.

Went to look for a second-hand Countryman for my wife, honestly felt like they didn't care whether we bought a car from them or not.They didn't have one we liked in stock and just told us to go look on Autotrader, no effort at all to source a similar one, refer us to another dealership... anything really.
