Revolting, repellent and even appalling is some of the things I can associate this camp with. From the first day we were here, the entirety of the place was terrible. The instructors are callous and have no shame to call you all sorts of names, that’s if you’re unable to complete a given task. Once they insult you, they don’t stop and continue to single you out. One of my classmates was about to suffer from an asthma attack, however, a particular instructor showed no mercy and still ordered him to complete the activity, that too, at 1 PM in the morning. The food is bland, and there were even flies in the cafeteria’s selection. I’ve also noticed that the facility doesn’t take a person’s safety into consideration – and by that, I mean, dilapidated electrical cables were found scattered across the grounds of the camp and possibly lead to a live power source, this is really of concern and I doubt it will be resolved. In overall, you better have guts to go to a camp like this; and the faint of hearted, need not apply. Even if the manager does see this and replies with an ‘apology’, then let me just tell you, I abhor sarcastic shallow minded people.

Did 10km run. Bearing in mind this is a donation only run, really well signposted, in good repair, interesting as you go through varied terrain, some beautiful views, yes some climbs, but if you wanted flat, run alongside the sea.

Been to Sweetdale twice, it was a absolutely amazing experience, activities are always well thought out, fun and there to take you out your comfort zone! The staff are really caring and always there to assist. The accommodation is safe and teaches you how to put up with your fellow peers. The food is also really good and there shouldn't need to be concern of going hungry afterwards! The overall experience is truly awesome and I shall forever have fond memories of this place called Sweetdale!

I went with my family and I went in the hikingtrails what a awesome experience. Trails very well maintained and clean. We could have a walk and not worry we felt very safe. Staff at the pack shed also very friendly and helpful #Sweetdale

My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday on the day of her school visit to Sweetdale. She had the most amazing time, despite being rainy and gloomy the whole entire day. Not only did all the kids have an absolute ball, but the staff at Sweetdale made her feel so special and loved on her special day. Upon collecting her, I was greeted by the friendliest Sweetdale staff. Every one of your staff smiled and waved and greeted every single parent collecting their child. What a special place!!! BIG thumbs up from me!

Best camp ever my school went there. The accommodation is beyond words and the staff is ver funny and stricy at the same time. If you don't go here you will regret it
