I have worked with Uwe Gossow for 20 years as a Principal agent and Quantity surveyor. Together we have been through good and bad and now at after all this time and many Luxury houses on the Atlantic Seaboard in Cape Town, I can say that this is an excellent contractor. Certainly in the top 3 in Cape Town for quality and honesty. He sticks with his problems and sees them through. He serves his client for the full 5 years and he sorts out problems. He knows construction details better than most architects and cares enough to try and get it right the first time round. Without reservation I can recommend this contractor for Luxury Houses of superior quality.
