I received a voucher for treatment at Bodyframe. I read the other reviews, so did not expect very much. But I was pleasantly surprised! The treatments were top-notch, the staff were friendly and professional. And it was great value for money. We will definitely be going back.

Difficult to find, once there I had to wait for the technician to prepare for me. Then I was asked to lie down on a very unstable bed thing which was half in and half out of a room. In other words, half my body was out of the tiny room and the top half was in. The treatment was going to last 1 anf 1/2 hours flat on my back without moving and I was not asked once if I was comfortable. I was not provided with a wedge or pillows for under my knees to take the pressure off my back, my comfort was of no concern to my technician. I just had to endure it and what I had been looking forward to as a treat for myself, became unenjoyable, I couldn't wait to finish. I will not be returning nor will I refer anyone. I am not happy with Bodyframe at all. I had micro blading done which required a follow up appointment which I had to pay for as well. After my eyebrows healed the first time I noticed very big gaps and very little difference. I then went for the second session....2 weeks later I saw that the second session didn't make a difference either. I contact the owner and she told me that my brows haven't healed properly and that I should give it time. A month later I sent the owner pictures of the mess on my face and she then tells me that she had advised her staff that if a client has little to no facial hair they should rather recommend doing ombre. She then said that she recommends that I come back for ombre at a discount after I had already paid R1200I feel that the staff there should know better and that they are now just trying to cover up mistakes. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they clearly don't know what they are doing and don't understand what works for what skin
