I had a bad experience with Dobsonville fishways. The food had hair on it and they did not even bother putting utensils.

Ordered the family platter on Mr D food. The food arrived 4 pieces short, with only 4 calamari strips and 1 small coleslaw. For the amount paid this is absolutely ridiculous. Also they need to have better packaging for delivery. The box didn't fit in the paper bag and had already popped open on arrival. Unhygienic much?!

Todays my granny’s birthday and we decided to order in. I called the Fishaways number and they said they’d deliver the order in 45 minutes. It was at 18:15 when I called. It’s now 20:25 and they haven’t come. I’m really disappointed.

Very poor...Dobsonville ai if its not 1 thing its another we always get short food, last time one of our meal did not have hake, the next time it was short of chips then the next we ordered extra rice but didnt get it, last time they didn't give us coslaws, forks and seasonings. Today they didnt give us forks, spices and serviettes. And I allways notice when I get home because Im rushing to my hungry kids. I always keep qiet but today hay cha its to much now always aibo. And petrol is expensive I cant always go back. I'm always buying because your hake is to die for. Mara service is poor shame.

Store should be closed period. I'm so angry horrendous appalled. Orderd food telephonicaly recieved confirmation text. Two hours layer I called dobsonville store they will pick up and hang up. Few munites before 9 driver had the audacity to call asking for directions apologetic for the delay. I gave him directions NO SHOW. I HAD SMALL KIDS WAITING FOR AN HOUR FROM THST TIME TO 10PM AT THIS DAY OF UNSAFETY. STORE MUST BE CLOSED I ACTUALLY WANT TO TSKE THIS FURTHER ASAP.

Their online service is extremely TERRIBLE and POOR. I'm not sure if it's because of the market, but they are really bad.Oh and if you want to order over the phone don't try it you'd be waisting your airtime. That's the Dobsonville restaurant.

We placed an order 18:51. Received a call from some confirming delivery address at 20:00. It’s 21:53 the food still hasn’t arrived and THE STORE IS CLOSED!!! Disgusting service! At this hour we can’t even make an alternative plan
