Its nice to see young knowlegable people working here and they always willing to go the xtra mile by sourcing books if not in the store and are prompt by actually phoning you back unlike other stores - we are regulars at this shop

I cannot express my gratitude enough towards the manager of this branch. Rashanda (I might be spelling her name incorrectly) went so completely far and beyond out of her way to make sure that books were delivered to me on time for my husband's birthday earlier this month. This was one of the kindest gestures I've ever witnessed, as she literally drove out of town to personally deliver them to my house over a weekend. Forever thankful - Athena

Very dynamic place, they are permanently renewing the titles.Very well organized. Friendly employees.Just need a sitting area to hang while looking at a book and will be perfect!Also to be a little isolated in terms of sound, from the mall noise and people transiting.Nevertheless, the place is very nice.

Exclusive Books - Somerset Mall
I love the smell and feel of a new book and Exclusive Books delivers in this regard. They have more books than I could probably read in a lifetime, all neatly showcased in a beautiful, friendly store. I like the layout of this shop; you can see all the books at a glance, while you can sit and read at tables in the middle of the shop. Their staff are friendly, with a great knowledge of the books in the shop. I also love the green lights in the shop.

Exclusive Books - Somerset Mall
Always my top choice for books. They have a huge variety, and this particular store is open and airy, and close to the movies and all the restaurants. They didn't have the book I wanted, but got it sent from another store and it was there withing a few days. Great service.
