Took clock in for repair. Lady asked me to wait and minute and within a minute or two the clock was working and there was no charge. I will definitely come back to this store

Bad customer service!!The lady does not stick to business hours that she provides (as stipulated on the door) and the Job was done 6/10 rating. Battery was replaced, but the back side of the watch is skew & the wrong side up. She doesn’t greet you at all when the enter the shop & she is constantly on the phone (non stop) throughout the whole payment process. Never in my life have I seen someone who has so little respect for a business, she doesn’t answer the phone nor reply on messages.
