Blatent apathy and pathetic customer service!On the 29/05/23 our home alarm went off at 18.30 pm. We were away for the weekend. My neighbour called to alert me and I assured her that Blue will respond shortly as I had spoken to the agent (Laura). Half hour later my neighbour advises that nobody responded. I call again and was then told the delay is because of load shedding in my area. There was no load shedding in my area at the time! I sent an email asking for an explaination of events as the response vehicle only pitched an HOUR AFTER the initial alarm went off! A week later and no one bothered to acknowledge my email or dignify my concern with a response. We are looking for another service provider.

My home was broken into last night whilst I was at work. I arrived and the damage had been done with my belongings taken. Blue security was already here. As soon as I had arrived they wasted no time and went into the bushes and were able to retrieve my belongings. I had lost hope in these security alarms and used it as something to try scare criminals away. It proved me wrong that A criminals will continue with an alarm going off and B they will do everything to help you in time of need. I would like to say thank you blue security. I wish to thank the officers that attended my home. I am extremely greatful.

Your technical team has severely let me down. I called the but got no answer. I carefully consider your response before agreeing to this quote. end of March for the payment to be completed. You chose not to comply with my request even though you promised to comply. Truly Blue Security only cares about making money, not caring about people.It's the 3rd time having problem you your service.I brought battery four months with them not the battery can not hold for 1 hour.

Honestly would not choose blue security, they've wrongly debited my account 4 times already and cannot rectify the situation. Getting ahold of them is impossible.Extremely unprofessional for such an established company, please be aware before allowing them the debit order.

2 days now without a working alarm. Reported it 3 times to the call centre. And went to the Blue security office in Amanzimtoti this morning. Still nothing, not even a phone call. Going into the Easter weekend, me and my insurance will hold Blue security responsible for any damages and losses to our property.

Blue security's customer service is probably the worst in the industry. I has been over a month of no working alarm system. Technician after technician manages to patch the system for a day. I even had the head technician out with the manufacturer. they managed to get the system to work. They checked and made sure all the beams were working, then the reprogrammed them all in on the system in such a way so that when it arms I cannot move in my own house, thus making the system useless as I'm not able to arm it. It has now been over 48 hours and many promises later, still no one has arrived to sort out the miss-programming of the alarm. I'm really tired of this. I think it is time to move to a new company as Blue Security is unable to fix anything, without messing something else up. Pure incompetence.

I am extremely upset with the technical assistance from Blue. We had a problem whereby the alarm would just go off randomly. Called a technician and he said it was the battery. Changed the battery but the problem remained. He came back and said it was the panic button. Changed the panic button and the problem is still here. Paid over R3000 for nothing. Technical service is absolutely pathetic. I don't recommend Blue Security to anyone.

Blue’s service is disappointing.It’s been 15 day’s and till now I have no system, nor any confirmation of the system being installed. Looks to me like Blue does not value family safety but chase contacts you were quick to make me sign but slow to advise or respond to my follow ups, and every time I get a response there is some issue or delay the miscommunication within your company is terrible and this should not be my problem.

Terrible service i have Dvr issues with my camera systems. Spoke to alex about it they confirmed a date. After numerous calls the said unfortunately technicians could not get a hold of me. but they never called uptill now nothing has being done
