I just placed a order for 2 big boss meals via uber eats firstly I didn't get my discount on it and secondly when my order arrived one cool drink was short. So I phoned them and they tell me I need to come and collect it wow really I'm so disappointed in them

Worst service on this particular day.I tried calling in several times to order for collection - No answer.Upon arrival I waited at the till as there were no staff members in front.The store was full, people were waiting for their orders.I finally ordered, the lady was very unfriendly... Which was a shocker for me.30 minutes after waiting for my order, people started asking for refunds as they couldn't wait any longer.A lady who was in front kept telling us to wait for 5 minutes. YohUpon placing my order there was no communication that I would have to wait for meat

Worst hungry lion!!! Placed order at 19:41 on Wednesday for two big boss burgers and 7 wings. I received the order 35 minutes later. Definitely won't be going back! Something seriously needs to change for better service.

Disappointing experience. We order big boss burgers and they used the wrong patty without any explanation. Only when we opened up the burger at home did we see what they did.

Poor service. Ordered 2 burger meals. One was given and had to wait 30 minutes for the other one. So the first meal had become cold because of waiting! I don't understand. My order numbers was 384 and 385 yet 385 took 30 minutes longer to be served! Such a joke! Told them my food getting cold and they rather talked to each other than solve the problem what a waste of time!

Placed an order via Uber eats, order arrives Half missing. I ordered a king feast with a cooldrink received 4 pieces missing, no chicken wingless, no rolls, no cooldrink. I call the store the guy that answers says it's not their problem it's the delivery guys problem. I say why don't the store check what they packing as the packet gets given to the delivery person sealed. He says well they closing now there's nothing they can do. Bare in mind it was 19:15 they only meant to close 20:00. Tells me I must tell the delivery guys to open the packets. In what country is hungry like Zevenwacht employing people from. No people skills, absolutely rude in dealing with people and it's their mistake. NEVER EVER ORDERING THERE AGAIN

Hungry lion zevenwacht!u lost your touch guyz..bad experience on my party meal.8 piece dried out oily chicken..burnt stale chips.no spice on..even worse the bitter coleslaw!nope not on at all..very dissapointing..u wer one of the best around eersteriver area..but very dissapointed tonite.

Waited 45minutes for a big boss meal only to find out they waiting on fillets. It was not even communicated in the first place. I tried cancelling. I was refused the chance and told to wait 4 minutes. Its sad how people act at fast food places but no human decency of communicating cause we buy due to hunger and mentioning wait time if there is a delay is vital
