The cost of the repair was really high and then I was told that I would have to pay 15% extra (for tax) if I wanted to do an eft. I was not told about the cash payment when I called, so had to russle up the money They also took 2 days before coming over to attend to my fault.

Requested a plumber to come out to sort out a leak in the bathroom on Friday and up until now I have no response. I ended up getting Ganga plumbers to rectify the issue.

Mark up on products are very high. Had the washer replaced in leaking bath tap and it was still leaking. I was told that the whole bath mixer was old and needed to be replaced. The owner brought a bath mixer and charged us an X amount, including labour. When I googled the price it was almost half the price what he charged. We lost out on the call out fee when the washer was initially replaced.
