They are horrible with payments, still haven't been paid and my work has been finished for a month now.

I am not happy about the people who you have send to do the job, they don’t know what they are doing and they are unprofessional. Poor job, hire people who know their job

Im sorry to say but tristar will not think twice before sinking subcontractors.1. They will contract charge you as it pleases them. Getting that resolved will never happen.2. They want you to initiate a commercial route. They also know that it cost money.3. Their instructions are not backed.4. Payments is a surprise5. They wait until works are completed and then payment becomes a problem6. They use emotional tactics.7. When you ask for a Site instruction, you are seen as the bad guyWe did a few earthworks projects with them. All of them have unresolved issues and they stand firm on their actions and dont reason. The sad part is that the subcontractor take the losses that the builders create and they don't loose.

I'm sorry to say, but if we were committed to their projects as much as they are committed towards our payments, they wouldn't have any clients left. This is not fair, when you wanted the job done we did it with no excuse, now we're waiting for payment for work signed off by the consultants in October already?
