The two agents Jen and Paul took as out for the viewing. We only spoke on the phone to arrange a viewing. When my husband introduce himself and said to Jenny sorry haven't met you what is your name she replied look on the door it is Jen. And they made no effort to speak Afrikaans or apologize that they dont speak Afrikaans. Never followed up after viewing. I had to phone or WhatsApp Paul to get answers. They were not at all friendly when we made an offer. That is business and you have to be open to negotiate. Would not recommend them to anyone if I knew that the property was listed by other agencies I would change agents in a heartbeat. Not a good experience at all.

I chose RE/MAX Masters to sell my home, and I am totally satisfied with their service. Suzette and Tasmyn really went above and beyond, to make sure our house was sold. They kept me up to date with what was going on regularly. Always had a great attitude, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was ever too much for them. This is a chapter I can close and move on. I wish everyone at RE/MAX Masters the very best going forward. I highly recommend them.
