The space is lovely and cosy with a nice warm atmosphere. Service is not the best though. Everytime I've been there it takes forever to get service and I've always had to call a waiter to even notice. Food is OK. Coffe is a hit or miss. One day good, the next time poorly made. But overall a nice place to meet friends.

Lovely restaurant in Newlands. Great coffee, good service and scrumptious food. We had breakfast and chose the full breakfast, the vegetarian option and the avo on toast, served with cappacino. The food was well prepared and the portions are huge. I will definitely visit them again.

I've been past the coffee shop a few times now with both clients and friends... There's a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, and the space has been organised and styled beautifully. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating, and of course the coffee is great! Wonderful sorbet and ice-creams too - such a treat!

Been to this place a couple of times, I absolutely enjoy the food and the smoothies are great! The food is 5 stars, but I gave 3 stars because of the service. Literally every time I go there they don’t have good service, today I had to wait over 10 minutes before someone came to get my drink order and no one came, I ended up having to go over to the counter to order my food and drinks. As soon as my food arrived ; a man came and sat at the table next to mine. I watched this man get served within a minute of sitting down and have his coffee 2 minutes later. He even exclaimed “wow that was quick!”. The staff really needs to be trained better and learn that all customers matter and no one should have to wait over 10 minutes to get service and then watch people who came in 30 minutes after them get service super quick because they’re not the right skin colour. This is obviously not the owners fault but the staff definitely serve their white customers faster and better than their black customers.

A bit disappointed about the roasted" butternut and beetroot salad. The butternut was boiled and tasteless and the salad was drenched in liquid. However the drinks and atmosphere and my friends breakfast wrap were all good. If it were not for the owner who noticed my distaste on the salad the experience would have been a lot worse. It makes such a difference when the owner is involved in the business. I will be back for another go."

Great food, amazing prices for big portions. Lovely spot with great service. Definitely worth a visit. Had lovely Tania, a manager, serve us with a smile.

Great spot for your morning fix once you have battled the Newlands school run. Wont be unusual to bump into a fellow member of the PTA, with SACS, Herschel, or Westerford within a good snack of 3 iron.Vibe is warm and friendly, coffee is good with a fair selection of roast, and pastries always fresh and waiting.I think there is Wi-Fi, but the 5G is reasonably good for hot-spotting anyhow.Worth a visit, even for a cup of Java for the drive home…Ciao~ SB ☕️

Probably the best almond milk cappuccino I’ve had. Whatever coffee they using here. I love it.Vibe is awesome. Inside (don’t just stop outside, take a walk through, it’s quite rad) and outside.Food was good but I didn’t get what I ordered. Hate to complain so ate it anyway and it was still delicious. It gets proper busy in here 8-9 and it’s easy to get overwhelmed.Best coffee spot in Newlands that’s for sure. Great food as well.
