Prescor160

This company was recommended by dial direct in June 2022 and they replaced a thermostat and element to my geyser.The two components cost to us was R650.00 The geyser immediately got intermittent with hot water until November where the water was completely cold we then reported this to dial direct and we called Prescor160 to come check the geyser again of which they came and told us that the geyser is now leaking . What amazed us is that the leak was from the new thermostat. We again called dial direct and Prescor160 and also sent complaint emails to both. Dial direct sent a different plumbing company to check the geyser . Yhooo what a shock we got to be told that the supposedly new thermostat and element is old was never changed or they replaced with an old one, which resulted to a damaged geyser and we had to pay an excess fee if R2250.00 to get it replaced. We are now waiting for an outcome from Prescor160 to refund our money that we paid for the new components and written apology for the misery they put us under since June when they touched our geyser. How I wish my phone could allow me to attach the old new thermostat and element prescor160replaced.
