Place seems very quite for a business. And they actuallmoved and need to update that on thier Google updates as they moved to Durban north now. I actually went to cut my frinch there and damaged my hairstyle and haircut. I never we't back.

I called in on the 09.10.19 to come in for a full face - I said that I will only be in Phoenix at abt 5:15-5:30 but she said that I wont make it. Why then is the closing time reflecting 6pm?I did visit there once before and I was told to be there by 5:15 and they did accommodate me - I dont understand why the lady refused this time as I was done previously WELL before 6pm ....

Hi my sister and I came to the plaza and by chance walked into your salon and had our hair done and was indeed very happy with the treatment in which we were receivedand aso very happy with the products purchased.will definitely be coming back when in durbs Sheryl will for sure see you again soon

I take my baby for a cut at Chrysalis the staff there are so understanding and have so much patients with kids especially cindy that's the only salon my daughters loves.

Won't be going back here again. Went for a simple wash and set and the lady was so rough (from washing to setting, the entire experience was horrible). The one star comes from the fact that my hair was set straight (which is what I wanted) but the overall experience was horrible and service was very poor. They also tried to charge me more than the price I was initially told. I don't recommend.
