I'm disappointed in the service and outcome of the mugs, I get the mugs and the one that heats up has a scuff on it the photos on it are completely pixelated, and the other mug I didn't even get the design I wanted then she says I can come return it at 15:00 to get the original Design and she wasn't even there I waited half an hour and left, wasting someone's time is so bloody rude, never going here again.
