We bought a 2nd hand vehicle & paid fully for it including service 2 weeks ago. They were supposed to deliver it last Wednesday but they gave an excuse about a tow truck not having arrived, we should expect it on Friday. On Friday after calling him a few times with no answer I finally get hold of him & he said he was still waiting for the tow truck so he said Monday. On Monday morning same waiting story so we decided to drive all the way to Krugersdorp to fetch it ourselves. After waiting an hour for him to return to the store he says the tow truck is on it's way. We are now driving home at 5pm behind our vehicle on the tow truck (after making a detour to fetch the drivers girlfriend) because we don't want to hear anymore stories. I wouldn't want to go through this again.
