Convergex was supposed to deliver my Afrihost simcard 3 weeks ago (A service that is already paid for), I still have not received it and have not been contacted by the company. I am now having a loss of income as I rely on the internet for income and cannot access the service I paid for without the simcard. Horrible communication skills and utterly unprofessional on their part.

Convergex was supposed to deliver my router from mweb yesterday and today. They claim to have called me and said that I was unavailable. That is a lie. I received no calls from them and when I called them to inquire, I was promised my router just before 6pm today and have received nothing.
