I would give this 10 stars for reliability and honesty. Neil was upfront and i couldn't feel more comfortable with his service, hes now doing my bathroom plumbing and i highly recommend this genuine business.

I used Blocked Drain Services for a kitchen sink blockage. Jim was a bloody legend. I can't imagine that many people have to work under the pretty average conditions that has to on a daily basis. Yet turns up with a smile and does the job humming along to himself. Answered my dumb questions etc. Dealt with a few minor curve balls but didn't flinch work through it professionally and charged a fair rate.

I rang Neil yesterday afternoon about my blocked kitchen drain. He was very helpful and new exactly what the problem was on the phone. One of his plumbers was able to come out the next morning at 9:30. I received a message that Jim his plumber would be 8 minutes, good service knowing just before they arrive. Jim had the blockage fixed in 20 minutes. Fast, professional, explained exactly what he was going to do.Thanks Neil and Jim for great service.

Neil was recommended to me by another plumbing company as their go to for drain blocking problems. Neil responded immediately and Jimmy arrived early in the day, was friendly, very clean and thorough. Gave me options on my root problems in the old pipes for the future so I may not have to replace the whole toilet as I had been quoted before. Thanks for lovely service

Rang blocked drain services at 9 and they came around in the afternoon, we had a pretty bad blocked drain caused by a large build up of fat, Jim was straight onto the job and managed to get it sorted with no mess at all, very reasonable priced too, I would deffo recommend.

The kitchen & laundry drain was blocked, and nothing seemed to work on it. Called Neil at 1.10 pm on a Saturday afternoon and he said someone would be with me during the hour. That was absolutely true. Drain cleaned and work finished by 2.15 pm. Neil was easy to talk to, honest and straight forward. Jim who attended the call was pleasant, quick with the task, knew what was required and an absolute professional. Great work guys & thank you. Dealing with Neil & Jim was a breath of fresh air, in a business that has a few sharks. I recommend Neil and his business without any hesitation.
