The worst people I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. Very unprofessional, wanted me to pay ridiculous costs for cancelling the lease agreement, which was NOT even signed by the home owner, they only signed afterwards (after making amendments to it, which is illegal)

ZERO Stars! I used NPPM to first try to sell my property and then to rent it out. My experience was horrible, I was charged for services that were originally said to be free, they rush you for documents and then take forever to get back to you, the spelling for 1 is absolutely horrifying in emails from the owner and they tell you that you will receive your money when it's convenient for them, receive short payment with no statement, and I was lied to by the Sales agent about the status of the OTP that was already expired. I had to eventually get a third party involved to get some sort of semi-professional answers to my queries.
