Do not know where water comes in and where it goes out of a geyser. Not willing to do insured repair work on a kwikot geyser.

I want to say thank you and absolutely recommend Parsons. We had an emergency this morning with water everywhere when a drain clogged and pipe started leaking and flooding. They helped us and were here fast. Repaired, even cleaned up afterwards!! Very friendly and helpful. 10/10 - would recommend!!!Thank you Erik & kie :)

These people are dreadful. A simple job to replace a leaking geyser under insurance. They never return phone calls and keep changing the story. Now suggest they want us to pay them for work that is clearly covered by the insurance.
