A much admired refurbishment of one of Pringle Bay's original late 1940s cottages due to Raymond's flair and insight into the architectural style of that era. Raymond also cleverly linked the original cottage to the subsequent and our recent alterations and additions, thus preserving a small piece of Pringle Bay's heritage. A most pleasing and gratifying outcome for our retirement years.

Because we were not in the country to monitor the progress of our home being built, Raymond monitored site progress for us by way of weekly site visits, and bi-weekly meetings, minutes and photos.
