Ordered from them in 2013 and had a horrible experience with no reply to emails back then. Ordered again recently. Delivery was very fast but the item didn't work as expected. I phoned them and was told that the technician would call me back. This was almost a month ago and i still have not received the phone call!

I purchased an item online but was told it was out of stock. I requested a refund and after 2 months of waiting for a refund I requested that they just send me a similar item and some smaller items to make up the cost difference. Two months and two days after the original purchase, my second choice arrived minus the items that made up the r300 price difference. And the remote didn’t work. Do not buy anything online from them!

Took months to get my speaker fixed. Repeatedly lied about what the status was, how long it was going to take etc. They sent it to a different place that could actually carry out the repair and refused to tell me where it had been sent. They dodged my calls. At one point they told me they had paid the (real) repair shop when they actually hadn't. So my speaker was sitting in Joburg waiting to be worked on and I had already sent them the money weeks prior.

I spotted an Ibanez electric acoustic guitar to add to my Ibanez collection and the next day i got a confirmation from Jade. They then sent me detailed tracking to track my guitar as it was on its way to me! One week later i have it and its amazing! Such awesome service from Jade and the Sound select crew and courier! I highly recommend them for great service and online shopping! Thanks Jade!
