Clothes were not clean. Same stains as if they were not washed or touched entirely. Very frustrating and annoying!

Their service is very good, except that my laundry came back with a missing sock & track pant tie string. A bit of attention to detail is required. Overall, I rate them 8/10

The clothes that i sent there came back with the food and other stains they had before sending them for washing. White laundry was the dirtiest and had to take them to a friend's house where i washed them in a washing machine and achieved much better results. Its total waste of money.
