The lady who works here doesn't know how to iron. She doesn't use a pressing cloth and irons directly on your clothes at high heat, which ruins them. She also irons formal pants flat, she doesnt know how to iron a crease into the pants. It's probably the owners who haven't bothered to upskill or train her. Not a good experience at all.
