Service was slow and sluggish! The attendant keyed the wrong kilos on the speedpoint. There was no supervisor to rectify the problem. Staff refused to give me the manager or owner's contact number and said I will have to wait until he arrives. They took my number and promissed to hand it to the owner for him to contact me. No call was received for the whole day. I will inform my company to re-think their request to fill all our vehicles at Caltex. They have almost a 1000 vehicles on the road. Motordeal Pitstop, thank you for the poor service I reveived this morning. Rest assured, you will never see me on your premises again.

Attendants are super slow, making no effort to even acknowledge you are waiting. Not keeping track of customer order to provide a service to. Give it a skip. Used to be my go to stop, but the service has me looking elsewhere.
